I have spent my whole life in the car business and I can honestly say Brian and staff made this the most enjoyable car buying experience. Everything was as presented and explained in detail. Emily and I couldn't be happier with the decision made to not only buy a car from Brian, but we bought 2 cars the same day.
Terrible...my wife and I traded in a truck for the one we have now. We were assured everything was covered in the warranty we bought. We were assured that the truck we purchased had been through an inspection of everything on the truck. We were even told the oil was changed. 1 week after buying the truck, I had to change the oil myself because the oil was dark and old, which means it was not changed in along time. I think it's a shame that they think it's appropriate to screw people over and refuse to make it right even though they have been called on it. Whenever we get over the after math of the Royal screwing they have issued my husband and I we will never buy another one of these crappy cars.

I wish this Kia was like the one I work at now. Orr Kia is crooked with there service department! Trust me. I know I worked there. Poor everything.
