Purchased a car from them, they messed up on the financial app and i drove off in my new 2017 kia, only to be called and told to bring it back. Then i was put into a used car that had a dead battery. I was told that they would replace it but i had to wait. Really? After fighting and fighting and threatening to go up the chain i received my battery. Buyer Beware... Kia Shrevport sells Mitsubishi vehicles but doesn't have diagnostic equipment for Mitsubishi vehicles. They don't tell you when buying the car. You find out when you need the service. Oh, and the reason given is that they don't sell enough vehicles. One would think twice about buying a Mitsubish if they told you up front.
Purchased vehicle this weekend from Bossier Store. Sales person I worked with was great and very professional. However the little tough guy acting Sales Manger who refused to fix the drivers seat belt (because he didn't have enough money in the car) was really rude. I asked him why he would sell me a car that wasn't safe. His clever response was "You are trying to buy the car, I'm not trying to sell it" and "the sales person miscommunicated that with you". Purchased a new 2017 Kia Sportage SXT today and was very impressed with the dealership and the people there.
