I was traveling in Texarkana and my car broke down. While onstar towed my truck but wouldn’t provide me a way home, GM Paul Lambert, worked to find a way to help me. My car dealer back in AR recommended me call them and it was a great experience. When I called the service department was closed which means the courtesy car rep was gone for the day so it looked like no car for us to make it back home.
