0 stars From the salesman John Henry all the way up to the Sales Manager Steve. Not honest people. Delt on a fully loaded Tahoe LT for a certain price. Was delivered a different Tahoe. Was told they would fix error then at the last minute they tried to charge me more for the one that they were making right. When I questioned them about they turned it around on me. my family and I traveled 2.5 hours to go to this dealership. once we got there and met our salesman it seemed to go down hill from there. I'm not sure if its because we are young or what but it was a very cold and unfriendly chat. needless to say he didn't want the sale so it didn't happen.... pretty disappointed
Orr Chevrolet is not only an awesome place to work, it has an atmosphere that welcomes everyone as though they were family... I'm glad to say that I am a part of that.
Very very bad service with my new 2018 to fix a window seal fixed after they messed it up, took it up there 5 times and few 1-2 weeks at a time still ain’t rights and still waiting man they need new people always saying they busy and doing horrible jobs on top of that I would not recommend them ever. Service is the worse I ever seen in my entire life. Do not go!!!

Totally unsatisfied. Paid in full and less than two months. I need new brakes, rotors, new tires, and a decomposing rat was found in the cabin filter. They said the smell was because the person smoked in the car. Luckily it was night after the closed. The funny thing is that the Reception names Kate laughed and said we are the second person that called about that same situation. My Husband and I are Extremely Upset with our experience from this dealership. Not only did we receive the car with bad tires, bad brakes and rotors... But the fact that they were supposed to do an inspection before we got the car, we find out when getting a new inspection sticker that there has been a dead and decomposing RAT in the Cabin Filter.
