Michael Hillis in the Service department is awesome. He has Always helped me and made sure my vehicle was taken care of. The battery was dead on my pickup at home. I called Ore Service asked to speak with Mike Hillis and let him know the circumstances. He sent a mechanic to my house and changed my battery. These guys try to take care of you. Thank you Michael Hillis you are Amazing.
I would possibly consider Orr again. I really should have walked out and found a different sales person!!!!!! When I called she answered hello. Had to ask if this was even Orr. I drove from Longview and I knew what I wanted. I spoke with her on the phone told her what I was going to offer. I got there and I submitted my deal and she stated she WOULD NOT even carry it in to finance. I had an excellent experience with the service department. Suzanne Shelby was wonderful to work with!! I highly recommend her! She got me a scheduled date to bring my car in, let me know about how long it would take to get it fixed, and kept me up to date on the repair. Thank you so much Suzanne for taking care of me!!
