Good customer srevice I got a ring for my last birthday in Orofino jewelers. Mostly, I am impressed with their customer service. I had what looked like a flaw on my ring and brought it in with no receipt or anything. It was a specially designed piece so they had no way of knowing if it were actually purchased from them or not. The representative was very helpful, took the ring to the back, took some time to fix the flaw, gave me helpful advice on how to prevent it from happening again. He took diamonds that are treasured family stones an created the most unusual fantastic ring. I receive complements daily on my ring. Steve has a lifelong customer.
Orofino Jewelers By far the best customer service and jewelry advice. I have been a customer of Orofino for at least 12 years, possible longer. Steve goes out of the way to help his customers. Orofino is the only reference I will make if someone want references for a "good" place to go for jewelry, repair, etc.
