Steve created us a beautiful custom engagement ring after we had shopped at numerous stores and could not find anything that we wanted. His customer service was outstanding. We walked in and immediately felt like old friends. After a bit of discussion about how he runs his business and ourselves, we described the ring we wanted to Steve and pulled out the Cubic Zirconia imitation of it that we had been testing out. I needed my rose gold rings resized, and they did both my wedding band and engagement ring for $60. They had them ready the next day, looking as beautiful as the day they were purchased. You can not tell that anything had been done to them!! I highly recommend them if you need rings resized!!
