It wasn't the greatest everything was over price and inconvenience the mini fridge was ridge to charge the room automatically if open . The front desk gave us the wrong information on checking in which left us waiting over night in the lobby
The room was clean and the staff was friendly and went above and beyond with service. Beautiful hotel with a world class pool. Cons would be that there was no microwave in the room. We had to go down to the first floor to use a microwave to heat some food. They also charge $14.99 per day for wifi. That was the first hotel I have ever been to that doesn't provide free wifi. They have restaurants on the property so they do not offer a free breakfast but the restaurants are very over priced. ($16 for a pancake breakfast). They ... read more
I was having a panic attack while my bestfriend and i were in the elevator leaving from our hotel after staying for from Haliday Matsuri.We were stuck for 10 minutes til elevator techs came up to help us(thanks guys��).Thats when Suzan threatened me with the ambulance to take me to the hospital.I was crying and freaking out but nothing violant.My friend and a random guy was calming me down.Til she threatened me again even though i was calm and okay.She just made me feel like we were a burden and was really bitchy.
Basically held us hostage by holding holiday matsuri here this year. (Past years at caribe royal were awesome! I bring my son and one of his friends every year and I hang out at the resort and relax while they enjoy the convention . ) This year.... a room advertised online at $126 per night suddenly became $200 per night when you add in $23 per day parking, resort fee, taxes etc..... then, after paying $23 per night to park, we get back to the hotel at 115am after being at downtown disney, only to find they lock the gates in... read more
This place is really huge and has a heated pool it's really nice here.
Was there for a Sales conference, service and restaurants were exceptional
Parking was $ 23.25 for two hours. What a rip off !!!!!
I will start with the positives. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the front staff was very professional and nice! The housekeeping staff are some of the nicest people in your hotel and I hope you tell them how good of a job they're doing. However, this was not a great experience for me. First and foremost there were too many hidden charges that we were not told about when we booked the room. We were charged $23.25 a day to self park when we were only supposed to be charged $10.00.
