I was there for an event; It was a nice place but it was so cold I was absolutely miserable.
The entire experience from start was amazing. Started out with parking. Wait staff was fabulous. Food amazing. So hope they use your facility again for next years banquet.
Nice place. Little pricey on food (over cooked/incorrect temperature) drinks.
After our company's annual event, I waited over an hour at the valet stand for them to bring my car around. Unfortunately, I was not the only one. There were about 30 or 40 of us standing there waiting for our cars. Many of us waited up to and over an hour for them to Bring our cars around. The longer we waited, the more we saw people who had come after us get their cars after only 10 or 20 minute wait. Huge conference facilities..very organized..the staff was very helpful
For the most part , it was okay. I have stayed there in the past and it was great. This time around, the faucet kept breaking and I stepped into a flood of watet in the bathroom in the middle of the night. The flood was still there in the AM. Not happy to have soaking wet socks. They did not come right away to fix or to see where the flood was coming from...the maid called it in & then engineering finally came three hours later :(
Unprofessional employees!! Didn't handle my problems appropriately. The night managers was aware of the dirty room and the rooms refrigerator was loaded with sandwiches and alcohol . I could not check in at 3pm and had to wait till 6:30 pm . I was attending the US Football conference. Many guests checking in that night were having the same issues. The credit cards machines were not working and the agent said I could pay cash instead to get a room . Like I carry 945 dollars in cash to check into a room! I always like Marriott... read more
Great place for business, families and relaxation all in one! This is our 2nd time back and we love it!
