World Class anemities. The biggest Marriott Hotel so far.
Muy buen servicio, la gente muy amable y cordial. La vista desde la habitacion excelente, especialmente la noche del 31 de dic, por lo fuegos pirotecnicos y show de luces La suite muy amplia y acogedora. Algunas mañanas empezaban desde las 8 hacer trabajos de limpieza(aspirar) los pasillos y mantienen muy frio los pasillos
Our experience was terrible. We booked two rooms months ago. My friend called ahead she was told the rooms were ready. After four on our room was still not ready after complaining to the manager or room was finally ready after five. The second day no one cleaned our room. We went to the buffet dinner which had a very small selection. We had to go to the bar and get our own drinks. 18% gratuity included in the bill. Really they have two jobs get your drinks and clear your plates. Glass by the pool. Terrible experience.
I vacation alot. This was the Worst hotel. Check in is guaranteed at 4:00. We got 2 rooms one room was not ready until 6:00pm. Then we couldnt get in our room maintenance had to come up and change the magnetic door lock. Food was horrible we actually left the hotel grounds to eat after the second day. Houskeeping never came to clean our room i had to call numerous times they finally showed up at 5:30pm. They are very good at keeping their marriott elite members happy. Wish we could have stayed longer.
It was very nice for couples and also family there are things to do for everyone. The rooms are good size you will love it
Loved it . Spent news years eve here. What a spectacular show of music, lazier and fire world. Wonderful restaurants, staff and facilities .

My first time to stay here, absolute loved it.... Room Cosey, and i gotta say the outside pool bar and grill probably has the best hotel food I have ever tasted, and very well presented too, would definitely go back to this place
