This hotel is awesome..the accommodations are awesome. But the staff is so amazing! Kudos to laverne and Sonia in housekeeping. Jalize from Solaris restaurant. Walter from elite service. You guys are rock stars. Its people like you who make me want to come back to this hotel!
I have always stayed on Disney property and there was a mix up with the travel agency we used so we ended up here by accident! I'm so grateful. We had the best family vacation and will continue to stay here for years to come!!
Great resort. Alot to do with the kids.. slides are great. Pools are freezing cold that's the bad part. I mean ice cold. If they would make it warmer in would be back otherwise I will be going to a different resort.
Excellent value
Had a great time. Everyone was friendly, the resort was full of things to do and the pool area was great also. Can't wait to go back.

I am SO thankful to bellhop Greg for getting us taken care of when my daughters purse with her medical device was found on the shuttle we took here and having their driver go get it. This man helped saves my daughters life and I am forever greatful
