Stayed here last weekend for our soccer tourney. Would not go back. They were not honest about the price and the housekeeping/service was awful... Stay at the Grand Hyatt!

By far one of the best hotels I've stayed at!! I am here for Easter weekend and my 3 yr old daughter is having a blast!! Between the egg hunt and all the other Activities she's sooo happy!!! Thank you to Luis Rodriguez at the front desk for making our stay as memorable as possible!! And thank you to the entire staff here!! Everyone is so happy and polite!!! I will definitely be back !!!
Great resort, location. Beds are too small and service questionable.
I was booked at this hotel for a conference. I called weeks in advance and extended the stay. I was given a confirmation number. On the last day of the conference, I was forced to miss half of the presentation to pack up and move because they had no evidence of my reservation. I called the person with Marriott who extended my reservation 3 days ago and she has yet to return my call. There was no attempt made to correct the error, even after a call to management.
Had amazing stay. Your whole staff is top notch.... great place for business family and friends. I want to say a special thanks to Olaya (from Caracas, Venezuela), at the front desk upon check in. She set the tone for my whole experience.... A great asset as all your staff is. Thank you. Will recommend and be back in future.
I'm hyped up and ready to go. This has got to be the largest Marriott there is. Reminds me of ATL airport. Bellman was very helpful and polite.

Yes ....AMAZING!!!!! so clean ~ so friendly........cant say enough about the staff throughout the whole hotel....such a nice break from the NH winter!! wish we were still there! 5 stars for sure:-))
