Huge thank you to VW South and Tom with the service team. It was a stressful morning when finding out my Tiguan battery was completely dead and after calling around multiple shops and other dealerships that wouldn’t see me til Monday, Tom was able to get me in right away and after a short wait was able to get a new battery at a better price than what the other dealerships quoted me. Customer service was excellent and Tom was a life-saver!!
