Great sales team here! Shoutout to Brett and Chris for helping me out with my new lease. Was about to leave the brand after 10 years because of the previous lease I did with VW South, the team at VW North really stand on what I have known VW to be all about. 10/10 drive the extra distance and go here.
This was the best experience I have had at a dealership! Chris took great care of us setting up an appointment having the vehicle ready for a test drive as soon as we got there! Danny handled all the financials with great attention to detail and treated us with professionalism and a little comedy mixed in. I had a minor issue with the vehicle and Mike immediately corrected it and made me feel at ease. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to all! Thank you to them for taking such great care of us!
We ended up not being able to cut a deal on a car, but the costumer service was absolutely phenomenal! They were co-operative, had us taking a test drive within 5 minutes of being there, offered us water on a hot day, were nothing but kind and helpful to us. I wish we could have came to an agreement on a car, but I still recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car! I’m looking forward to potentially working with them in the future!
