Terrible experience!!! My easy fluid change service took them 8 hours to do. Nobody contacted me regarding the delay to pick up my vehicle and I had to reach out to only hear that my car is still not done. I will never be coming back and bringing this to the higher-ups in corporate because this is unacceptable. The lack of communication is terrible, especially when it ruins any plans you have for the rest of the afternoon. Always good service, a tad bit unhappy I wasn't informed of the condition of car parts until after serious damage had occurred. The frustrating part, I have my car serviced often and always ask about inspection findings and no mention until after the additional damage and costs.
Still the easiest dealership experience I’ve ever had. They bent over backwards to help me on original Delivery of my Tiguan and I just dropped it off for 20k service and took their free shuttle to work. Super easy to deal with, just don’t miss the turn!

Max was just amazing: He was kind, helpful, and patient. Not at all pushy and in a huge rush to sell or get you out the door like some salesmen in the car business. I also had a very good experience with the man who checked my credit and with whom I signed paperwork. Not sure of his name, maybe Danny. Very personable and responsive to my questions and needs.
