Update April 2026: 5 stars to 1 star. Disappointed with VW North, and will not service my ID4 here again. The gatekeeper to EV service, a lady I believe is named Rosemary, is a huge barrier and unfriendly. I called for a routine 50k maintenance and inquired as to how long the service will take. She replied that she has no idea and be prepared to leave my vehicle for an undisclosed perhaps indefinite amount of time, and no they cannot offer a loaner vehicle to drive.
