Best of the Best The service staff was wonderful as always, though there wasn't an available courtesy car.
Wonderful I have been using Mini of Pittsburgh for the past 4 years and the service has always been excellent. Staff are always friendly and willing to help, Lauren and Dan are the best I have dealt with at any dealership. All my concerns are always dealt with in a timely matter and the full service is always explained thoroughly. Throughout the day I am kept updated with any issues and progress which is really appreciated. I will continue to use Mini Pittsburgh for years to come.
Great deal Very Friendly. Lauren got me a loaner car when an unexpected problem needed fixed and then again when a hose popped off while I was driving home. She went out of her way to keep me updated on the progress of the work. Everyone I've delt with, from Joy, who I purchased the MINI from to Lauren in service to the GM have been great. Go get a MINI people, GREAT car!!!!
Very Pleased Everyone on the staff was very pleasant. Jason was not only friendly but knowledgeable about our new MINI and was very helpful with whatever we needed to make our purchase at MINI of Pittsburgh easy for us.
Great Impression The dealership did a great job putting in my new headlights. Overall I was very impressed with the service I received. The repair took a little longer than expected but we were briefed the whole way throughout and offered transportation to nearby areas. Thank you very much.

Totally recommend I've owned a MINI for the past 10 years, and I knew what I wanted long before I came to the dealership, so Jason honestly didn't have to "sell" me on buying the car. That said, he is knowledgable and thoroughly conversant in all things MINI, professional, personable and a good listener.
