Would have gotten 5 stars but the food at Shula's was adequate at best and the room service was downright awful
A perfect stay in every way. One of the best Westins, and I've spent time in a lot of Westin hotels. My check-in was the fastest that I've ever experienced at any hotel, ever, and everyone happily accommodated all of my special requests throughout my stay. And the room was in perfect condition and utterly clean. Plus, at least in the 7th floor suites, you get a bunch of toiletries and there is an executive lounge with breakfast. Bed and room were nice and food was good however the elevators worked sporadically all week. No real explanation or help from staff. Had to walk down dark stairs to exit several times.
Sending a Big thank you to all at the Westin Lake Mary Orlando north hotel. The waitstaff, the front desk,housekeeping and catering manager Michelle were all very helpful when I miss placed my phone after an event. Reunited thanks to Michelle's contact.�
Wonderful banquet staff! Our event was super, great, wonderful! Everything was so well taken care of. Setup, food, staffing; it was all on point!
Great venue for special events. Service. food and room were outstanding.
