Before moving to Lake Mary I would stay here quite often. Westin usually has a better product than their competitors for a comparable rate. The hotel is a newer property. Their beds are fantastic and the on-site restaurant is quite good. What makes this property shine is it's location. Within walking distance to town center where you will find many eateries and an active night life. My wife and I decided to visit Orlando to celebrate New Year's Eve. The accommodation at the Westin Lake Mary were AWESOME as well as the staff members.
The entire stay was enjoyable from check in to check out. Every person we encountered was smiling, friendly and so helpful. Our large group of 15 moms and 15 babies ended up taking over a large portion of the club level lounge. The staff was constantly refilling the drinks and was so accommodating to our needs. We will definitely be back next year and hope to see the same wonderful staff members like Farouq, Danny, and Ian.
The most amazing experience. A group of us stayed there for the weekend with our 10mo olds and they were so accommodating. The club room was always clean and nice so the babies could play on the floor. They got balloons and pool noodles for the babies, made sure we were all taken care of. A really family oriented beautiful hotel. I will always use them when in the area.
Received a beautiful King guestroom at a great rate. Oversized bathroom was a plus. Complimentary water, bathrobe and all the little touches you would expect form a Westin. Beautiful property, bed and linens were awesome and all interior guestroom and public areas were updated. Excelente Sevice beautiful employers very friendly and nice the pool was great i had so much fun with my kids
Dirty, water damaged furniture...Sad, inconsistent breakfast buffet... I'll stop right there..... Trying to stay saved. Can't say I'll never return, if God calls for convocation there; but as for me... Would never go back.
