I had the pleasure of working with the service staff/department while dropping off my Genesis GV80 for some service. I was checked in by Henry Cornett, which was my service advisor, the check in process was seamless, he got to the point of the issues explained everything and what timeline I'd be expecting to get everything taken care of.
