Outstanding service at Greenway. Juan was excellent, he clearly explained every detail of the service and guided me through the process. I received timely notifications on my phone while they worked on my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind. The final invoice listed all work and parts in detail, and Juan went over each item one by one, reviewing everything that was completed and explaining why each step matters for the proper performance of my car. We had the best experience with Angelica since the beginning, when we were not sure if we buy a car or not. She assisted us on every request or question we had. The test drive was very productive she explained the most features the Genesis has to offer along the way. If we are up to buy another car in the future we definitely go with Angelica ones again.
The service manager, James Ferrel, replied asking me to call him directly, but when I called the dealership, he refused to take my call about my complaint. When I finally reached him, he acted like nothing was wrong. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I don’t have time to deal with dealerships like this — typical bad service
