Called Orkin to help with prevention for roaches coming thru a bathroom drain pipe and do a pest inspection to ensure we don’t have an infestation. Tech tried to tell me the roach nymph was an earwig and did not actually inspect for any infestation signs, just put traps down and sprayed outside. Will use another local company now. Eugene was very nice and friendly. He did a very good job.
Definitely a step up from the small independent pest control services. I have tried some local small companies that seem to do the absolute minimum and spend less and less time servicing my home. Orkin is 30.00 more per quarter but you get what you pay for. Today they spent an hour accessing the best plan of attack for ants and took the time to really inspect all the areas of my home.
The team was very professional, very caring and knew their business seem to do a good job
Justin was great and their mosquito treatment really works!
