I've had this service for a while and was going to cancel in December due to budget but was made an offer with a discounted rate going forward that was WITHIN MY BUDGET. Not only was this new rate not honored, I was told the offer was made by an employee that no longer worked there. I was charged more than I was originally paying. So disappointed as a customer that was previously very happy with their service that they refused to honor the rate i was offered and instead just allowed me to cancel my service. These guys are thieves. I canceled their service on 2/20 and they rescheduled me for Monday the 2/23 even after I told them I dont want their service anymore. On Monday I checked the account and there is a 119 charge for nothing. Called the branch and the guy said it was a "mistake". The branch has unprofessional people and I would recommend staying away from these guys. They used to be good but something has changed.
