I had a great first experience with Shawn. We received a notice when he was on his way, and he arrived right on time. He was friendly and informative, taking the time to listen to our concerns and asking if anything had changed since we last spoke. He clearly explained the next steps and how things would move going forward. Overall, it was a smooth and professional experience.
My technician was very professional, kind, and courteous! He took care of everything I asked for and was very efficient.

From the moment I made the phone call to one of there call centers (based nationally in the USA) there customer service skills were amazing. I believe the gentleman’s name was Mike, in GA. Great at his job, laid all of my options of what services they could provide my family given our circumstances. He gave me my options clear and concise and for me.
