I want to give technician Jason Brown a 5 stars. Jason was friendly, fantastic knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered all of my questions. He treated my house with dignity and care. When he left, I felt like my house got the treatment it needed from Orkin. I will continue from this point on using Orkin because of Jason. Jason if you’re reading my review I want to say Thank You! 😊
Eduardo was wonderful again and very thorough with the treatment for dry wood termites. The last time he was here - about 7 months ago - was for winged termites. Very happy to have Orkin as my provider. I’m fortunate that I have their termite warranty and it didn’t cost me anything in addition for the treatment.
I never leave reviews but i am now as from a well known company to falsly advise and charge a large amount the 1st visit. They advised i would ahve a thorough initial visit and that did not occur. I specifically let the tech know all the problem areas outside the home, they did not clear or treat outside my home of spiders and webs.. my windows were not treated or wiped down at all.
