From the moment I made the phone call to one of there call centers (based nationally in the USA) there customer service skills were amazing. I believe the gentleman’s name was Mike, in GA. Great at his job, laid all of my options of what services they could provide my family given our circumstances. He gave me my options clear and concise and for me. Orkin has been a life saver and Shawn is AMAZING!!! Due to a complete yard makeover, I'd first experienced some Ants in my home. They came out and took care of them...no more Ants. Next came Wasps, again, they found the nest and took care of them...no more wasps. They also take care of my mosquitos, and I never see mosquitos on my property anymore...
