10/31/2025 Update: Orkin consistently shows up when scheduled, notifies you when they are approx 10 minutes from your property and have been very efficient and professional. I really appreciate Orkin and their staff. I always know what is being applied to my home, any activity noticed and they even take care of those weird tiny black flies/spiders that collect and web under the house eves. SCAMMERS!!!!! I was told on NUMEROUS occasions we would only pay the initial fee to “startup” for October then we wouldn’t have another charge until November. We paid the initial fee and then now we have a balance of $116 for October on TOP of the payment we already paid. The guy on the phone told me I didn’t have to pay the full amount until December but the charge is for the October services. So you’re charging almost $300 for one month?? DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Such a horrible experience, they never answer but when you cancel they leave your threatening voicemails saying you owe ease of pay fees, early cancellation fees, and all kinds of charges yet no contract is ever signed you have to deal with an 800 number if you are ever lucky enough to even get someone on the phone.
