For being a loyal member for over 10 years, discounts should be granted, especially for the termite renewal, the cost is ridiculous when they only come to visit twice a year. Need to reward those who are loyal and treat your long term customers better. Joshua is very nice and has great customer service. Keep up the great work. Jason, my termite rep, is the best as well.
