I'll be honest- I had a rather negative experience with Orkin this year. I've used them in the past and I will always vouch for their ability to resolve pest issues. Bernard was fantastic! He actually listened to me and did what I needed. Great customer service and great with my English Bulldog, Munch. He was not nervous at all around him, which let Munch relax.
Orkin did an excellent job inspecting my home. They came back, a week later, and completed a pretreatment service for termites. Orkin representatives were neat, professional and well mannered. I recently had a follow up inspection from another representative. Again, the representative was professional and knowledgeable.
