Last night we had our first experience with Orkin. Byron with Orkin helped us out a lot! We had a situation on our block and we happened to see his truck at our neighbors and luckily he was just finishing up. We told him what we had going on and he finished up with his first house and came to look at ours! He went to grab his stuff and on he went! Showed up for the first appointment and they had to leave early because they forgot they had a meeting. Didn’t even finish with the service, but made sure to charge me! Not a great start
Jimmy does an excellent job when he comes to spray our house and yard every other month. He is always very friendly and efficient.
He was very knowledgeable. And answered all my questions so I understood what And why he was doing.
Our service tech with Orkin is Joshua nebraska and we are pleased with the service he does. He is very polite and tells us exactly what to expect and do for the treatments. Highly recommend him and we will be requesting his services.
