She was professional, great commmunicater, thorough and pleasant. I'm glad I called Orkin. The bugs are gone!
Worst experience ever!! They don't come when they say they are going to! No communication! Waited several weeks for any response after calling multiple times. Got a hotel room so we were gone when they came and yet they didnt show, even more money out the door! I DO NOT recommend them
