Van did a complete and professional survey
Yeah, that dude opened up my refrigerator & started spraying, I said they would fall up off of the top when I would open it. Perhaps he confused himself. I don't recall EVER SEEING ANYONE DO SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL THING AS IF I WERE PAYING HIM NO ATTENTION AT ALL WHATSOEVER...ed Then the bamma complain on me after re-entering my apartment behind my back, & on top of all of that he request me 2 clear out my drawers & then the bamma never showed back up 2 hit the drawers but best you believe my counter smelled like some stank ... read more
My appointment today was very thorough. Jonathan was detailed, knowledgeable and courteous. He provided realistic advice and treated our home to help support our elimination of unwanted pests. His time and attention to this visit was very much appreciated.
Unprofessional Scheduling and Poor Follow-Through I’m extremely disappointed with Orkin’s service. I had a follow-up appointment scheduled for June, and not only did they miss one, but two appointments without notifying me or calling to reschedule. Now it’s July, and I’m back to square one with bugs still coming into my home — clearly, the issue was never properly addressed in the first place. It was an absolute nightmare. I’d rather live with bugs than deal with that company again—completely unprofessional and disorganized. The technician was using a weak product, and even the manager admitted it was a mess. The Technican comes whenever they want I’ll schedule for 2-4pm I get a notice that says 10-12pm, ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!
