The 2 young men did not check all of my pods in the ground. I did not know that they were coming and I think I'm paying to have everything checked.
Victor was the technician who showed up. He was friendly, informative, took his time explaining the whole process and answering all of my questions and concerns. He was very accommodating because he knew I was really worried. Your reviews online are excellent and Victor exemplified that same excellence during his visit.
