The technician didn’t come on time. The receptionist is rude and lack of flexibility, rude and hang up on returning customer
I really wish I could give them a zero star rating they are so unprofessional and full of lies every single person is trained to lie on your face it’s been 1 year of using their service and they could still not get rid of the roaches on top of that when I’m calling on their Hayward location the call center girl is so rude and lying again and agian about manager is not available she purposely put me on hold for 15 mins we had an appointment window for our pest control today from 10am to 12pm and nobody showed up after calling... read more

I have had a different technician every service except my last 2 and I’m so so glad these last 2 visits I had Danny! Danny was very professional, he really listened to my history and needs and effectively got rid of the pest that somehow were making their way into my home. Scheduling was a bit lacking but Danny made up for it by communicating. He gave a courtesy call the day before and the morning of service and this helped greatly.
