Gave a credit card on file for payments for several years now. Got a bill in March saying I owed more. Called and paid the extra, and they said my balance was paid. Next month, I get another bill. And several months go by, that I continue getting a bill that is going up. I call again and they tell me ignore the bill, my account is good - two more times. From the moment I called to request an evaluation, I was treated with courtesy and kindness. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Trevor was awesome and very thorough with our first inspection and treatment for our pesky critters and told us what to expect.
