Roderick was our Orkin Pro who came out to treat our new house. He was so helpful and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Couldn’t recommend him more!
Terrible customer service experience. They continued to charge my account after I had discontinued services. I spoke to the branch manager William Kelly thinking he would help me but was left preplexed by his unprofessionalism and combativeness. STAY AWAY from this service. Not worth the headache.
Technician did not have glue traps. Requested glue traps dropped at residence within 5 days. Received glue traps on yesterday. Thank you!
