Anthony was on time, explained the procedure professionally and typed up my report once finished with the initial first visit. If I could request him every time moving forward I definitely would. I asked but it sounds like the technicians go on a rotating schedule. Fingers are crossed the fleas are gone or the next round of treatment cures the issue so the pets can be comfortable again after the worst flea season I have ever experience during the summer months when they are the worst.
Today I wasn't home when tech showed up to spray around home and maintain the mosquito buckets. Our security cam showed orkin rep wipe porch down, couldn't see if he sprayed, then left. Did not walk thru gates to spray back of home! Disappointed.

Mr Paul took care of everything! Was very professional and went above and beyond taking care of the inside of our home as well as the entire yard!
