After 10 years living in this apartment, orion became the management of this property. In 2 years they have destroyed what was a nice place to live. What they called an update on our electrical system turned into a total disaster causing the power to shut off at whim, forcing the residents to track back and forth to the basement in the teens of times daily to reset the breaker box. They suck! The rudest and unprofessional management company ever. I cannot believe how the CFO and the property manager, Cathy, spoke to me both as a tenant and a past tenant. I will never purchase property where Orion Property Group manages. As in the words of the CFO, they’ll be fine without me. A one star is too good for them. They deserve negative five.
Tenant since 2015. I am an RN, I love my neighbors (most of whom are elderly as the previous reviews state), I have never given anyone trouble since I moved here and have always paid my rent on time with no incident. I am currently being harassed by Edith Huffman who is your property manager ever since she took over in June of last year. Even begrudgingly signing a lease did not make her back off. I can vouch for reviews stating that Orion is soft evicting elderly residents. I am one of them. 21% increase in 2 years under Orion. 1st tenant to ever occupy a Saddlewood Apt having rent increased $200 forcing her out of home she has had for 12 years. Corporate refuses to meet with tenants group. Manager runs by corporate script. Grounds in disrepair. Standing water, unsecure storm drain grates, black mold in windows.
