Our Family loves The Original Roadhouse... Great steaks!! Great Service!! and they even give us bread to go! I drive an hour to get here and it's worth it every time!!

I've been there tons, but fathers day night was horrible! Was super hot in there as if the a/c was broken, was seated where we weren't able to put my son in a high chair, and my fries were stale!! We were the only family seated in this section, so the waiter was hardly there!!
We went on father's day (daddies choice), one of the hottest days of the year n they DID NOT have the AC on!! I was constantly fanning myself as well as other customers.. N hubby kept complaining about the salad not having any veggies but lettuce..
The food is the best!!! The service is mediocre...very slow and not personable. On Fathers Day, I heard waitresses telling other tables it had never been that crowded and apologizing for being slow and being hot. It was so hot we were having to fan ourselves with the menues. We asked several times to have the air turned up as well as other tables doing the same. One worker finally admitted that if they turned the air down, it would leak on the roof. Absolutely adore this place. We have only had 2 bad experiences in the many years we have been going there and we were always apologized to and compensated.
