The service was great, salad was great, the Rib Steak was not good, tough, was not rare, as ordered and expensive.
The food was great and filling done to perfection. The waitress was kind and gave me great service. I plan t return again and hopefully bring friends there. On a scale of 1-10 I give this place a 9. Thank you for allowing to have a good meal and good atmosphere that's relaxed and enjoyable
Terrible! I've been going here for the last couple years and it has just gone down hill. The waitress didn't write down our order, and amazingly we got the wrong thing. Then when we told her sorry that's not what we ordered she asked us "are you sure", she then replaced our order(another 20 min wait) and when she brought it to us she said " so hope this is what you ordered". I really enjoyed the food and the friendly people there. Just great food.
Eating at Original Roadhouse Grill for dinner (Thursday night). Our waitress Kyela helped us when needed in our dining experience. These items were wheelchair accessible: parking, entrance, table, and treated very well. Thanks for the great food and and a chance to watch the NFL Draft.
Great food ... worth the drive from Albany, steaks are always cook perfectly and season just amazingly 😊 Each time we gone we have had good sevice!
