I've been there tons, but fathers day night was horrible! Was super hot in there as if the a/c was broken, was seated where we weren't able to put my son in a high chair, and my fries were stale!! We were the only family seated in this section, so the waiter was hardly there!!
I have to say, this was on my blacklist for years. I happen to revisit last night. Everything was top notch. From Hostess, Waitress, Manager, appetizers, meal and drinks; all very exceptional. Good change has taken place for sure.
Always get the cowboy cut and it always comes out perfect to my order, even when I tell them "still mooing" atmosphere and people are always the best!
We went on father's day (daddies choice), one of the hottest days of the year n they DID NOT have the AC on!! I was constantly fanning myself as well as other customers.. N hubby kept complaining about the salad not having any veggies but lettuce..
The food is the best!!! The service is mediocre...very slow and not personable. On Fathers Day, I heard waitresses telling other tables it had never been that crowded and apologizing for being slow and being hot. It was so hot we were having to fan ourselves with the menues. We asked several times to have the air turned up as well as other tables doing the same. One worker finally admitted that if they turned the air down, it would leak on the roof. Had an awful experience here yesterday with a waitress named Rhonda... so rude, made my family and I uncomfortable and talked to me like I was an absolute idiot. Not to mention the food made me sick.
