So many opportunities with this company. They are very understanding and they make sure you are taken care of.
Worked for 11 months, its was fun.. I was always early and always leaving late after my shift was over. I had a blast, it's sad I had to go. They should keep in eye on other manager that don't do there job. But, after a while I FELT IGNORED LEFT OUT DISAPPOINTED and DISCRIMINATION from district manager (Marvin) never listed to me always having favorite. I was set up to get fired... Oh, well time to move onnnnn......
I applied for a job as paint specialist and did not hear from them so I went to the store 3 times to speak to the hiring manager. All 3 times I left messages and no call back. While I was there the assistant went into the office and came back said he wasn't in and would call me back. I have 25 yrs experience in paint and body. I was in the field as a paint trouble shooter for DuPont and 5 star products as well as inside paint tech. I am also a painter and ran a jobber store . I am very familiar with auto parts as well. One of the worst places I haves ever worked, the regional manager Terri McBribie or something like that wanted to speak about DOL laws, and was out gunned, let alone couldn't even tie a tie correctly. Safety while working the was so poor, all of the emergency exit were blocked, shelves are not rated for the loads ( thousands of pounds of brake rotors), fire extinguishers blocked, Battery over loads.
