RecommendedI did 11 years at the store level therefore I saw A LOT people come and go and guess what? The one that came and went because there was no “opportunities” or a “future” with this company, were the same one showing up just to collect a paycheck, don’t get me wrong, that is most definitely a big reason why we work and all, but you also have to have a vision, a like for what you do and actually go for it, don’t expect it will come without hard work. Team members are being lied to and promises are being broken. Oreilly wants to lower turnovers but move in the wrong direction by making ASM’s back to RSS’s by taking away the promised work schedule. When I started with O’Reillys, the only way to get opening shift was either to be a driver, merchandiser, or move your way up to ASM. TM’s and RSS’s were closing. Now ASM’s do not open any longer and are back to closing. That is a smack in the face. Big mistake, big mistake!!!
