I have worked for Oreilly's for almost 4 years now, and I love it. Never boring, always busy. I love all the opportunity there is available. And working for a corporation there are great benefits from vacation to 401k to health insurance and more. I always feel appreciated for what I do. I would definitely recommend O'reilly Auto Parts for employment.
I’ve been a manager for a little over a year and been with the company for over three years, it’s a good place to work, lots of stuff to learn and grow with, my biggest downside is I wish we could pay our non store managers more, as a manager I have to talk people into to staying once they have found another job that makes more money, tell them it’ll be worth it if they wait and put in the time but a little above minimum wage isn’t enough for people these days it seems.
I just started with them , it’s hard to try to shift at 1500 rpm when a Cummins or a Detroit doesn’t shift that low , usually at 1800 rpm but the fuel mileage shows what they want, So all I can do is try
They don't hire seniors, not the Palestine, Tx store anyway.
