I go to this store every 2 months for oil and fuel filter service parts for my ram 3500 i spend about $500, the next day i go back to recycle my oil and it is always full, this last time when i bought all my products i specifically asked if the tank was empty, they said yes it was just emptied the guy even checked for me ok, came in the next day at around 11am and the new staff young tall black kid early 20’s and old bald white man 60’s said it was full, i asked that i talked to the staff last night at 6pm and they said it w... read more

Unprofessional and unacceptable experience with the store manager. (Ray bald guy) Walked in, was not greeted, and the manager walked away despite no other customers being present. When he returned, he was impatient and rude while asking for vehicle info. I was sold an incorrect coolant temperature sensor. After installing it and confirming it caused incorrect readings, I returned to the store.
