Great customer service! Patrick took quality time to adapt my battery to my touchy Audi. Super helpful and friendly and I will be coming back!!
Very knowledgeable and hard working staff. Especially Assistant Manager Clayton. I was having issues with a reman alternator and he was able to resolve for me on the spot, no hesitation. He was very knowledgeable with hardware and also the parts themselves. He offered me exceptional service and went above and beyond to fulfill my needs. Would recommend this O'Reilly's over the one in my town! Thanks Clayton.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff
Just returned after Patrick checked the health of my battery and everything else before I need to drive by myself up to Wisconsin—I’m very old🤣So Appreciate his willingness and generosity to help.
These guys were amazing, we took my friends car in and they tested everything they coud test. Did honest recommendations and we will come back for our vehicle needs.
