Had to get 2 new batteries for Matt my bosses ford f450 cause he called me with his truck broke down across from First draft in grayslake ILLINOIS. His truck wouldn't start and I believe he had someone else with roadside assistance check his truck so they told him he needed batteries in his truck. Come here very often to shop parts for my car. Went in recently and just wanted a simple oil filter for my 14’ CLS63. Went to do an oil change and it didn’t seem to fit. Went in the next day to try and get a different brand one and to make sure it fits. Arcaidio (my apologies if I misspell your name) and Mark made things super easy for me. They went out of their way & even installed the part on my car to fit right away. Was originally upset but these guys made up for it.
