We dealt with Andrew at the Division O’Reilly. I had previously gone to two different O’Reilly stores and both said they were unable to help me. When I met Andrew and told him what was needed, he didn’t hesitate for one minute. He said “sure, I can help you” whereas the other two places said they either didn’t have time or didn’t know how to do it. Even though it’s a longer drive, I will definitely go to Andrew’s place of business from now on and will tell others the same!
We won't be back after my husband witnessed the manager belittling a newer employee in front of customers. That is extremely unprofessional. If you have a conversation about performance, do it in your office. Very inappropriate. How do you expect to keep employees. Instead of belittling, share ideas on how they can improve. Im sure that job wasn't in that employees dreams but this is what he has to do to pay the bills. Hard to go to work when some a hole wants to embarrass you in front of everyone.
After calling multiple places for help with a difficult headlight to change, I talked to the manager (I believe his name was Jessy). He was able to get me the correct headlight and change it within 10 minutes. Super friendly and helpful. I will defintely be back!
Great store, Tanner and Brandon were incredibly nice and helpful!
