My wipers were trash so I stopped in for a new set. Customer service was professional and humorous at the idea of me installing my own wiper blades. No sir I could never! Juan to the rescue. Courteous and respectful gentleman. Showed care to my vehicle, and installed those blades like a pro under 5 mins. I appreciate all the help and will continue to shop this location. Kizzy is the most helpful manager ever! She was a lifesaver and helped me navigate through a stressful situation with an auto shop. I was able to return the battery that was purchased and have a peace of mind! I would 100% recommend! Very satisfied customer!!
I needed a new car battery and this was the first place I went to after getting my car jumped. They were able to find the right battery but couldn’t tell me 100% that it was EXACTLY what I needed. Additionally I was told they could sell me the battery but not install it. I wasn’t given a reason except it was basically too much “equipment” around my battery to be able to install it. I drive a Chevrolet Cruze. Not great customer service and would have appreciated further reasoning and advice.
