5 stars to Rane at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Roanoke. I stopped in with a check-engine light after a code reader I’d bought online wouldn’t work. Rane jumped in immediately, scanned my car, explained the code in plain English, and made sure I had exactly what I needed to fix it. He was attentive, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping—customer service you rarely see anymore. O’Reilly, please give this young man a raise; he turned a stressful situation into a great experience!
Tyler was super sweet and helpful. Was in and out for a battery test and replacement!
They usually have what I need to keep the beaters running. Easy in and out if your in a hurry.
