Went in to buy low beam headlight bulbs. Got great service from Rane who helped me sort through all the options. Tried installing them at home but appeared they either didn’t fit or I needed a converter kit to go from halogen to LED. Called Rane back expressing my frustration about him either selling me the wrong bulbs or not selling me the converter kit I needed.
