I walked in the Simpsonville store at 235 pm Tuesday 21st. greeted by no one, found what I wanted from the shelf and went to counter. A guy was walked away from the counter as I came in and went to the back. I stood at register he sees me and looks away. i stood there he yells ill be there, but does not. finally i left. Bought the 657.87 item at Advance where customer service is good.
These guys went above and beyond for me. I appreciate everything they did to make sure my car was taken care of.
Ethan went above and beyond to service me late Sunday Evening! He changed a halogen light for me and took the time to even show me how I could "DIY" later in the future!
Very poor customer service! Will not shop there again
They are a wonderful group of people . They treat you with respect and kindness . They let our Church have a car wash and we really appreciated it .
