Yesterday, I took my father to go get some parts for his truck tire rods etc and he was a bit loud, rude and very demanding. I got so embarrassed but I just wanted to share that Maria and Steven kept their professionalism and remained calm and respectful. I apologized he had been dealing with the truck, had not ate all darn day and he gets “Hangry” at 70yrs old.
