They scary of a lil bug Wouldn’t check my check engine light
I was only there 10 minutes and heard ‘Jerry’ give excuses to why he couldn’t take care of them customers 3 times at that time. He gave me the same excuse. He doesn’t represent the O’Reilly’s I know. If I treated my customers that way, I’d be without a job. Thank you to Tahl at Advanced Auto who took great care of me! He found the Ford part I needed and offered to order it for me with 5 minutes! He sold a a replacement until my order arrives! #AdvanceAutoearnedmybusiness
While the staff was friendly and helpful, it's sad that you promote military discount, look at military id then not give the discount on the purchase. Didn't set well with an 89 year old WWII Veteran on a fixed income.
