Michael and his staff are amazing! They went above and beyond helping me replace my battery on my car. I won’t be going anywhere else, that’s for sure!
All I wanted were some rotors turned and some silicone grease. Pep boys have had the same "broken lathe" excuse, for years. The just brakes I've been using for years just so happened to have a "broken lathe" as well since pep boys bought them. I think there's a trend here... Louis and Adrian where very nice and extremely patient, even though customers out numbered them 10-1. Honestly if they were full service I'd probably stop going anywhere else, except here and CR's.
I had a chance to work with Aaron at O’Reilly’s today. Give that man a raise! He was very courteous, professional and represented the Store well!
These guys are the best. very helpful and spend a lot of time with the customer. Much better then autozone.!!
