I visited the O'Reilly's on East Colonial by Alafaya on two separate occasions and absolutely got exceptional customer service. The first time I visited this location Louis (I hope I got his name correct) was very instrumental in taking out a very corroded battery & uninstalling a brand new one. This is the only place I will go to Cj and Chris are awesome if they dont know something they take the time out to figure it out. These 2 have helped me on projects and make sure I get the right parts for the job. 1000 stars to both of them.
Went in the store previously and their policy is they price match with certain companies. even though the company I wanted to price match was a qualified Vendor store owner refuse Because he said it would hurt the stores marketing definitely wouldn’t go back He chooses who he wants to use the policy with his name is Luis by the way
