I feel they are absolutely honest with you, they don’t try to just sell you something you really don’t need or try to talk you in to paying for the top $$ part. You have questions, they have answers. I'm first to review I see. Unfortunately they won't be getting a good review. I'm directing this rating towards O'Reilly's policies rather than this particular location. The assistant manager Jared was professional and polite but I had a irritating experience here. I went into the store looking for a part which they didn't have, they kindly ordered the part and notified me once it was in.
